Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need, to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. Currently we regret that we are unable to supply outside the UK and Republic of Ireland.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. if you do not wish to send your credit card details over the internet, please make a note of the items that you wish to purchase, and order them by telephone between 10.30a.m. and 3.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. |
Shipping And Handling Items sent by post in the UK will be charged at the British Post Office's standard rate for the weight. We regret that at the moment we are only able to ship items to the British Isles and the Republic of Ireland. Items sent to the Republic of Ireland will be sent by airmail Subscriptions are post free.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order as soon as possible. Membership details are usually forwarded within 5 days of receipt. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days if it is a stock item. Items that have to be ordered will usually take longer and the delivery time will be shown in the catalogue. Clothing will always take 30 days, unless in stock. During holiday periods, delivery on some items may be delayed by up to three weeks. |
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you if possible. Please be aware that some of the brochures and models are not repeatable. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, the appropriate current rate of VAT is added. Subscriptions are treated differently, as part of the subscription is exempt from VAT. Orders outside the EU and UK are VAT free and you should click the exempt button where shown to reduce VAT to zero . |

Returns Policy We endeavour to supply you with goods of good quality and condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the condition of the goods that you receive, please return them to us properly packed and carriage paid, and we will examine them. If found defective, they will be replaced or if requested, a full refund will be made.
THERE IS ONE EXCEPTION TO THIS. Club members only are allowed to purchase tickets for Better Driving Days. These are non refundable except in the following conditions: 1. We (or you) have been able to sell your tickets to someone else. AND 2. Having done so, the event has sufficient participants to make it viable. You may have to wait until after the event for your money to be returned, or it may not be returned at all.

Should you change your mind about the purchase within 3 days of placing your order, please advise and we will cancel your order. Should the goods already have been dispatched, please return them UN-OPENED following the procedure above, and we will make a refund of the price of the goods less carriage and handling.

Remittance Terms No goods will be dispatched until payment has been recieved. Cheques will be cashed and cleared before dispatch. If we cancel the purchase, a full refund will be made. See our returns policy for further information.
